Moroccan Terracotta tagine

Can be used in the oven or on a hob (ideally with a heat diffuser).

Not dishwasher safe.

The plate has a griddle (ridged) base to help cook the food more evenly and stop it from sticking.

Size - 20 cms wide

Ras El Hanout

Supposedly the king of all spice mixes.

A complex spice mix whose natural ingredients include;

ginger, cinnamon, cayenne, black peppercorns, cardamom, nigella, cassida, coriander seeds, nutmeg, cloves.

Size - 40 gms

For use on gas and electric ranges only. Prevents burning and scorching.

Wash your heat diffuser thoroughly in hot water and detergent before for the first time. This prevents smoke from the diffuser.

Use only with a cooking vessel on top of the diffuser. Do not preheat. For best results, use a low heat. Do not use on a high flame or heat.
